Include recent photographs of all sides, doors, roof, corner posts and flooring where these can be obtained safely. Describe known damage, repairs or modifications. A general label such as “used” is less useful than a clear description of the actual unit.
Confirm your authority to sell and explain the release arrangements. State whether lifting or collection is included and whether the proposed price applies to one unit or a group. A sale is subject to inspection and agreed commercial terms.
